Due to the dangerous nature of Blaster, even those not fired, Civilian forces are only allowed less potent forms of Blaster Weapons. They are also called Police Blasters.
Nature[]
Civilian Blasters function like normal blasters, they fire bolts of condensed plasma. However, these version fire bolts that are less dense, and lacking penetrative force and heat intensity. Instead these bolts 'splatter' upon impact and are meant to stun and knock down as oppose to kill.

Civilian Blasters, usually take the form of simple pistols.
Use[]
Civilian Blasters exist to reduce the number of blaster related deaths in the Galaxy, however there are those illegally modify their blasters or are smart enough to construct their own.
