Megatron's resident scientist, Shockwave is the scientific mind that turns Megatron's ambitions into reality. Seemingly cold and emotionless, besides rage, Shockwave holds a sick interest in the secrets of his new form and Maxion.

Personality

Shockwave's only true master is logic and his scientific (and sometimes morbid) curiosity. At any given time, he has several experiments going on, or is out gathering resources. He stays with Megatron because he recognizes only he would agree to his experiments.

Shockwave's prime interest is the entity calling itself Maxion, its nature and its plans. He has his theories about the entity and the nature of their situation, but he generally keeps these things to himself.

Shockwave is manipulative and carefully considers every word that leaves his mouth.

History

His original name was Dr. Michael Vendez.

Crime

Shockwave is more or less the one who started the 'cataclysm' spoken of and as such is hated by Maxion
