While most Star Empires run on plasma, the substance itself, it cultivated from other sources, as tampering with a star is not advised. Plasma Converters take these fuels, such as Diesel and Hydrogen gas, and converts them into plasma, to be stored in special containers. The fuel is ignited and contained by electrical forces

- Blasters: Most blaster energy packs are stores of fuel, which is converted into plasma inside the gun.
