A large project undertaken by the Planetary Federation
History[]
The goal of the project was to change barren rock worlds into habitable garden planets. Worlds of adequate size were planted with the ice from numerous asteroids and comets, strengthening the atmosphere and bringing much needed water. The planet was also subjected to a Planet Engine to make the core move again and generate the needed EM Field. Bio-Spheres would then land and begin the process of seeding plant and animal life.
